      ESM consultants assist clients in assessing their current systems environment and providing recommendations
      and best practices to manage their systems and network environment using HP OpenView products.
      Implementation deliverables will include installation, configuration, customization, training, and documentation.

        Highly qualified Systems Administrators will perform on-site configuration and setup and defined
        management guidelines of HP UNIX systems.  This will ensure effective management and utilization
        of the UNIX systems.  The deliverables for systems administration are:

• Backup and recovery procedures
• Systems configuration and performance tuning

         and defined management guidelines for specific hardware platform and operating systems
         such as HP-UX, Solaris, AIX and MS-Windows NT or 2000.  The deliverables for database
         implementation and administration are:

• Analysis and recommendations of best practices for the current database configuration
